Accommodation
Sea View Lodge (villa 6), a detached villa has been completely renovated to a high standard, completed Summer 2020, it offers comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 people. You are spoilt with the sea views; no need to go out, you can just watch the rolling waves as you sit and chill out in the lounge.

Bedrooms:
2 double bedrooms with double beds and mattresses; one double bedroom with spectacular sea view. The 2nd double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

Very Large Lounge/dining area:
It has a sofa and a couple of tub chairs. It has dining table and chairs for 6 people, large flat screen TV with freeview channels, giving many channels to choose from. You can use your own netflix account on the TV. It has its own wifi. Double French doors opening to the outside. Natural wood flooring giving a warm touch.

Kitchen:
Beautiful modern grey kitchen fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with built in fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob and microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc.

Bathroom:
Good size family bathroom with shower, shower screen and towel rail with shaver point. Modern circular basin with storage units to the side and under.

Central Heating:
Full LPG gas central heating system with radiators. The property is warm and cosy in no time at all.
Children: Suitable for children age 6 and over.

Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost of £30 per week. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.

Garden:
The villa has its own enclosed private garden area to the rear with table and chairs. Alternatively you can pop a couple of chairs to the front of the villa if preferred.

Linen:
All linen is included in the price.

Washing machine:
Built in Candy washing machine is available for your use.

Parking:
There is parking for two cars next to the property.

Access:
The villa is on the ground level, you can drive down to reach the villa, therefore is ideal for people with walking difficulties. It is a 10/15 min flat walk to Ventnor Beach and places to eat and drink. You will need a car if you have walking difficulties to get to the town.
