Sea View Lodge (villa 6) has been completely renovated to a high standard, completed Summer 2020, it offers comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 people. You are spoilt with the sea views; no need to go out, you can just watch the rolling waves as you sit and chill out in the lounge.
Bedrooms:
2 double bedrooms with new double beds and mattresses; one double bedroom with spectacular sea view. The 2nd double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
Very Large Lounge/dining area:
It has a double sofa bed and a couple of put up chairs with dining table and chairs for 4 people, large flat screen TV with freeview channels, giving many channels to choose from. Wifi not currently available but will be available from 2021. New Double French doors opening to the outside. New wood flooring.
Kitchen:
Newly installed beautiful kitchen fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with built in fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob and microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc.
Bathroom:
Newly installed good size family bathroom with shower, shower screen and towel rail with shaver point. Modern circular basin with storage units to the side and under.
Central Heating:
Newly installed, LPG gas central heating system. The property is warm and cosy in no time at all.
Children: Suitable for children age 6 and over.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost of £25 per week. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.
Garden:
The villa has its own private garden area to the rear. The garden won’t be ready for use until 2021.
Linen:
All linen is included in the price.
Washing machine:
A new built in Candy washing machine is available for your use.
Parking:
There is parking for one car immediately next to the property and also nearby parking for other vehicles in the private villa car park.
Access:
The villa is on the ground level, you can drive down to reach the villa, therefore is ideal for people with walking difficulties. It is a 10/15 min flat walk to Ventnor Beach and places to eat and drink. You will need a car if you have walking difficulties to get to the town.
