This newly refurbished villa has a stunning view from inside and out, within its grounds the garden has two seating areas, including a new decked area, surrounded by beautifully coloured shrubs. This villa is very much a home from home, with lots of beautiful furnishings for your enjoyment. The renovation this year, includes a beautiful new shower room with large walk in shower. It has been newly decorated to a high standard with modern colours and with a beach location theme.
This detached villa has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, it comprises the following:
Bedrooms: the master bedroom a double room with double divan bed, has a spectacular sea view with French doors leading to its own fairy garden. The middle room, a double room, has two options either has two slim style beds or zipped together making a kingsize and the third room a smaller room with a single bed with pull out mattress under, ideal for one adult or two children.
Lounge/Dining Room: panoramic sea view, dining table and chairs extending to seat 6, new modern long sofa, large flat screen TV with free-view channels, giving many channels to choose from. DVD player and video. Double French doors opening to the amazing sea view. Some thoughtful additions of a bookcase and a box of bits and bobs. Wifi available.
Kitchen: fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with fridge and separate full size freezer, cooker, microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc. It is a good idea to bring sundry items like washing up liquid, cloths etc. It has some special touches like a large picnic basket to use and a nice tea tray to take your breakfast out on to the decked area with.
Bathroom: Newly installed shower room, with large walk in shower, towel rail, all new modern sanitary ware. If you forget your wash kit, there is even an assortment of bits to help out.
Heating: Has an electric heating system, which keeps the property cosy.
Children: due to the newly created decked area, which is of reasonable height, it has been decided to just have over 5 years at the property.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost of £25 per week. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.
Linen: All linen is included in the price. (You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels).
Washing: There is a laundrette nearby, open daily, in Ventnor town opposite the main carpark. Self service or service wash available (including washing, drying, ironing). Tel: 01983 856288. There is an airer and washing line and iron/ironing board at the villa.
Parking: There is a private villa carpark very close by to the villa. To access the villa from the carpark, you go across the road, down about 8 chunky steps or walk further down to the gravel bin area and up a pathway.
Electric: Additional cost on usage payable by £1 coin meter.
